Non-Profit Fundraising

Thank you for inquiring about our "Dine Out" fundraisers for your organization.

"Dine Out at Tuscano's" nights are a great venue for families and community members to join for dinner in support of charitable causes. We have hosted these fundraisers for many non-profit organizations, including PTSA's, scouting programs, horse/animal rescue organizations, athletics programs, Relay-for-Life and other cancer fund-raisers, Young Life, and many other non-profits.

We are glad to schedule a Dine Out night for your cause. During these "Dine Outs", the organization benefits by receiving 15%* of the night's proceeds from 5 pm to 9pm. We create a digital flyer (see attached sample) and ask your organization to get the word out by printing and/or e-mailing these flyers to the community. Guests need to present their flyer to their server either as a paper copy or on their phone. Please note: Flyers cannot be distributed within the restaurant.

*The 15% is calculated from receipts confirmed with a flyer and is before taxes and does not apply to any specials including but not limited to our Happy Hour, Half Price Wine Night, Thursday Night Pizza Special, etc.
Take-out orders apply as well so it's good to mention this when communicating about the fundraiser.
We strongly encourage reservations for those coming to the restaurant for dinner so we can staff accordingly.

We generally schedule Dine Outs on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. Please email a few date options that would work for your organization and I'll check which dates are available. Once the date is confirmed, we can get going on creating the flyer. For the flyer, I'll need:

— Organization Name
— Org Logo (if you don't have one, we can use some generic artwork)
— 501 ( C) Number:
— Contact Name
— Contact Phone #
— Contact Email
— One or two sentences about your organization and also if there is a specific use for the funds raised during your Dine Out

As we get closer to the date, we ask that you call the restaurant and ask for the MOD (Manager-On-Duty) to let them know how many folks you are expecting. We want to be sure we staff accordingly for the evening.

We look forward to assisting your organization with its fundraising efforts. Thank you again for contacting Tuscano's Italian Kitchen and I look forward to hearing back from you.
